
As the role of call centers expands, so does the understanding of how they should be set up to best fulfill their adeptness. Technology that guarantees to increase occupant’s efficiency often gets first consideration. Often challenges to improve the look and layout of the physical space occupied by call centers are overlooked but merits equal attention to increase worker productivity.
This project consisted of renovating the existing shell & core space. Originally designed as a conference center with cafeteria, the space was renovated to become a 500 seat call center with ancillary training and office space.
